Julie Feng is a communications strategist and storytelling scholar who has worked for education justice, narrative change, and cultural transformation.
Julie’s creative practices are driven by her commitment to collective liberation and her belief that we can construct new worlds through narrative power. Her work has appeared in Winter Tangerine, Wildness, Pacifica Literary Review, Quaint Magazine, and more. Currently, she serves as the Director of Communications for Scholar Fund. She holds a M.A. in Cultural Studies from the University of Washington Bothell.
Julie is originally from Taiwan, grew up in South King County, and is based in Duwamish land (what is currently known as Seattle).
